At hankr, we are all about showcasing mouthwatering, true-to-life photos of great dishes at restaurants near you. It's why our tagline is See. Eat. Love. We want our users to:
See great dishes on hankr
Eat one of those great dishes you saw on hankr
Love that dish that you saw on hankr and then ate at that awesome restaurant
Each month, lots of people are seeing lots of dishes on hankr and we thought you might like to see some of the dishes that are seen the most.
So, welcome to the first edition of the monthly hankr top 10!
After seeing these, go eat one (or more) of them at the dish's host restaurant and fall in love with it.
See. Eat. Love.
We have to assume this dish earned it's place in the top ten due to it's original take on a traditional favorite. With a soft pretzel crust topped with the comforting and creamy combination of provolone, mozzarella, spinach, and artichoke, who could resist? Not us.
BEHOLD! While the presentation of this dish initially draws people in, it's the content that makes them go to Jackson's and find love. This south of the border sandwich is filled with pork carnitas, housemade black bean spread, pickled red onions and Pasilla aioli served on a toasted baguette over a spicy tomato broth. This dish was featured by Brian Kramp on a recent hankr piece on Fox6.
While many brunch meals are heavy and nap-inducing, Blue's Eggs comes in with a lighter approach in making their Smoked Salmon Crépe. A thin crépe wrapping salmon, caper cream cheese, potato, tomato, onion and sour cream is sure to satisfy, yet not cause a food coma.
Who says burritos are reserved for late night munching? Coming in at a close #2, Benelux's Breakfast Burrito stuffed with scrambled eggs, chorizo, potatoes, white cheddar, chipotle sour cream, and queso fondito topped with chili rojo and pico de gallo smashes that stereotype.
And the most seen dish of the month comes from Cafe Benelux! And another brunch item no less. Their Breakfast Hodge Podge (also featured on Fox6) is a combination of everything you could want in a brunch dish, all mixed together in perfect harmony. Melted cheddar, thick-cut bacon, sausage, fried eggs, potatoes, and chorizo cream gravy with a little pico de gallo on top makes for a well deserved #1 Top Dish of the Month award!
