Featuring more of Wisconsin's most popular food trucks, dishing out fan favorites, and dozens of regional and national craft breweries, FTFA will be bringing the ultimate food truck experience to Waukesha County Expo Center.

Morel Mushroom Dinner with Mushroom Mike at Bartolotta's Lake Park Bistro

Lake Park Bistro's favorite forager, Mushroom Mike, returns with a bounty of morel mushrooms. Their chefs will take turns using these rare beauties to create a five-course dinner paired with wine on Thursday, May 25.

Young Guns Dinner at Rumpus Room

Four young Sous Chefs from the kitchens of a variety of Bartolotta restaurants will come together to prepare a meal for guests at Rumpus Room on June 14. Mr. B's, Lake Park Bistro, Ristorante Bartolotta, and Harbor House will lend their young talent for an evening filled with creativity and cuisine. The young guns will shoot from the hip for the night with their own recipes to round out a four–course dinner paired with beer. The range of talent is impressive and includes Chefs Joe Hrycyniak, Mariano LeTona, Mike Genre, and Brian Houlehen each with their own influences and unique cooking perspective.

Support Stepping Stone Farms at Story Hill BKC

Join Story Hill BKC for dinner on Tuesday, June 20, to support Stepping Stone Farms, a non-profit horse rescue and therapeutic facility in Franksville that serves the needs of people in the South East Wisconsin area.
They’ll contribute 20% of food sales that evening to Stepping Stone Farms, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
They will also feature a “wine pull” – one mixed mystery case of red wine, and one mixed mystery case of white wine, available for $20 per bottle. You get what you grab, if you’re enjoying it at the restaurant or at home, while supply lasts. Wine pull proceeds go entirely to Stepping Stone Farms. Bastille Days, Milwaukee’s popular french festival and one of the nation’s largest french-themed celebrations, returns to downtown Milwaukee’s Cathedral Square Park, July 13 – 16.
